Over the last 15+ years, it always seems to be a constant question. ‘Who is installing the shower?’

Many people think a plumber installs the shower; other people think a builder installs the shower.

Actually, a shower installer installs the shower!

Let’s get our story right. I’ve seen many different trades install shower liners and doors and seen many showers continue to leak over the years. Purely because of bad installations, and to be fair some bad manufacturing designs.

I’ve taken it upon myself to get trained by some highly successful shower installers, so I can install showers with the highest confidence and greatest satisfaction of a leak free install.

Although acrylic lined showers seem to be easy to install, if they are installed incorrectly, they can cause a lot of damage.

There is a large variety of showers these days, ranging from 750mmx750mm to 1000mx1600mm. Some options are:
