I have been in the Plumbing/ gas fitting industry for over 15 years, I started my apprenticeship when I was 17 years old. I enjoy the challenge plumbing and gas fitting presents, from new installations to finding issues and resolving them. I have a passion for training apprentices knowing that there will be good quality tradesmen entering the trade.
I have recently gained my level 5 certificate in Personal training this is something I enjoy working on in my spare time.
I am a father to my two sons Flynn & Dylan and have a beautiful wife Sara.
Sara Knott

I have been in the plumbing industry for 7 years now, you will find me in the office or out planning & designing bathrooms for our awesome clients. I have a passion for interior design and this has recently lead me to enrol into the Institute of Interior Design. Growing my knowledge and skills to help bring the designer edge to our client’s bathrooms.
I have been married to Nigel for over 5 years and we have two beautiful boys Flynn & Dylan. Being a Mum is my greatest achievement, I love spending time with them & my husband, family is everything to me so in my free time you will find me enjoying time with them.

Taine Thompson
Plumber & Gas fitter 4th Year Apprentice.
I enjoy both plumbing & gas fitting, my favourite part is seeing a high quality finished job.
In 2019 I competed in the Plumbing World Young Plumber competition and came first in the Takanini area. I still have a way to go, but I enjoy what I do and cannot wait to get registered.
In my free time I enjoy 4 wheel driving and playing/ watching sports.
Tyrone Bencetti
4th year plumber/ gas fitter apprentice.
Tyrone is an expert in gas fitting he’s the go to man for gas fires, heaters, hobs & gas hot water.
In his spare time you will find Tyrone racing cars, building computers & hanging out with family & friends.
Mark McIntosh
Certifying plumber/ gas fitter / drainlayer
Mark Is an all rounder with ample amount of experience in plumbing, gas fitting & drainage, including commercial and residential. He enjoys a variety of work and enjoys supporting our apprentices through their apprenticeships and helping out the team. In his spare time you will find Mark hanging out with his wife and baby girl at home, he enjoys landscaping, he also breeds rare Swedish blue ducks as a hobby. On hot days you will find Mark enjoying a few cold ones with mates.
Josh Lowe
1st year plumber & gas fitter apprentice.
When Josh is not on the tools helping out the team, you will find him on the hockey field, riding his dirt bike or shooting some ducks (Duck season only).
Katrina Thomson
Administration / First point of contact.
Katrina runs our plumbing office, she is the first point of contact for our clients, she takes care of booking in plumbers and ensuring our jobs are taken care of from start to finish.
In the office she wears many hats, so she is continually kept busy.
Katrina is a mother of 8 children and has 8 grandchildren. She is married to her husband Glenn (Turks), you will find them both in their tropical garden with their many birds including a Blue/ Gold McCaw!
Her hobbies include gardening, fishing and she LOVES dolphins. In her spare time, she loves having her grandchildren over and spending time with her family & friends. She’s well known for hosting great parties!
Heinrich Pepler
5th Year apprentice.
Heinrich enjoys doing a wide range of plumbing & gas fitting jobs, the bigger the variety the better.
In his spare time, you will find Heinrich playing rugby, exploring the outdoors, and chilling with mates and family. Heinrich also has a dog called Tyson.
